The property offers three options:

La Table

Led by the chef Wim Van Gorp, the restaurant La Table D’Estoublon offers a refined cuisine experience with fresh, local, and seasonal products. There, you’ll find some jewels of gourmet Provence like lamb from the Alpilles, pork from the Ventoux, fish from the Mediterranean, rice from the Camargue, citrus fruits from Menton, vegetables from the garden, and, of course, olives from the Domaine.

The Kamado

On weekends and public holidays, it is possible to try this different type of barbecue that originated in Japan. Done in a hermetically sealed grill, it offers meat, fish, and vegetables braised and smoked in olive wood and vines from the estate.

The Potager du Domaine

Its menu is inspired by the harvests of Domaine’s vegetable garden – so, there you’ll find fresh dishes with aromatic plants, vegetables, fruit, berries, and flowers.

There you can find grapes like Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne and Marsanne. This means that they produce white, red, and rosé wines. There, the wines are known for the typicity of their terroir. A gravity-fed winery is being built as well.

Getting married at Château d’Estoublon: what can you expect from your wedding weekend?

If you decide to get married in Château d’Estoublon, you’ll be able to enjoy all of this:

Pre and post-wedding experiences

For couples that are planning a destination wedding, Château d’Estoublon is just perfect, because you are allowed to include different pre and post-wedding events for your guests. By the pool, for example, you can either offer welcome drinks or throw a hangover brunch/pool party.

For the meals, guests can have an outdoor gourmet breakfast or a picnic, and lunch at La Table d’Estoublon or in the dining room. For the rehearsal dinner, it is possible to host it in the shade of olive trees or vineyards at sunset.

Moreover, visitors can do a 45-minute guided tour of the vineyard and olive grove, followed by wine and olive oil tastings.

The ceremony

Château d’Estoublon has 200 hectares – this way, you can invite up to 250 guests for your wedding. Depending on how many people will attend, you can choose a specific place for your ceremony. If it is an intimate celebration, you have it at their chapel, by the pool, in the garden, or on the terrace. For bigger weddings, it’s gardens, vineyards, and olive groves.

Walking down the aisle

Depending on where you decide to host your ceremony, it might offer you different views of this special moment. One of the brides’ preferred entrances is the staircase, with the ceremony held in the garden. This way, they leave the Château and have a full view of the space.

On the other hand, it is possible to have the ceremony on olive groves or in the vineyards – and just walk through it, which might be interesting.

How your photos will look like

If you are getting married at Château d’Estoublon, you can expect to have some photos with your beloved one in a stunning environment. If you love the outdoors, you can choose either to have some photos at the olive groves or the vineyards (or both). The charming staircase is also a gorgeous spot to take some shots. Its lush gardens are a great landscape for photos as well. And, I can not forget to mention Château itself, with its amazing architecture from the 18th century.

The reception

At Château d’Estoublon, you can either have an outdoor or indoor reception – the first option is usually the preferred one. The gardens are a very charming ambiance to set the tables – some couples rent tents to protect themselves from the rain. You can also add some sparkle lights to set a romantic decor. Otherwise, it is possible to hold your reception at the restaurant La Table.

How to plan a wedding at Château d’Estoublon?

First and foremost, the international wedding planner Muriel Saldalamacchia has wide experience when it comes to planning a wedding at Château d’Estoublon. We have already organized 8 events at the castle. However, this doesn’t mean that your party will look like the others – each one of the weddings was totally different from the other, as the property allows us to use the areas in diverse ways. And, of course, we’ll take into account each couple’s personalities and tastes to create an unforgettable experience.

So, firstly, our advice is to hire a wedding planner that knows the Provence region and the property very well. To organize each step of the wedding calmly and get the best vendors, it is recommended to plan it one year in advance.

Perfect Wedding Decor For A Wedding At Château D’Estoublon

Since the Castle offers a classic – but at the same time romantic – atmosphere, the wedding decor can offer the same pattern. Pastel and light colors with a greenery touch might give an elegant touch to your decor. Since we are in Provence, using lavender would be a great choice. But since it’s while renovation, a place for grandeur is now very welcome.

How Much Does It Cost To Get Married At Château d’Estoublon?

I know, this is the crucial question: how much does it cost to get married at Château d’Estoublon. Long story short: forget everything you read or knew about the costs of weddings there. Since its renovation ended early 2022, Château d’Estoublon is more than ever the place to get married in the South of France. With now only 5 weddings per year, only some happy few will be able to offer themselves the unique dream of a fairytale there. If you plan to have a 3-day wedding there (minimum required) while having 120 guests (you can have much more than 120 guests) be ready to spend at least – at least – 350.000€ for the whole wedding there including all vendors with a planner. All the weddings we managed there had many different styles and vibes, but always been very elegant and timeless.
