Airport :

Milan International Airport Malpensa (MXP) is only 45 minutes of drive.

Lugano is also a possible airport if you land in Switzerland. Roughly 30 minutes of drive from Como.

Villa Geno was built in 1790 then rebuilt in 1850 in new elegant neoclassical lines.

The Villa offers indoors with marble and outdoors with lush gardens.

Capacity :

I would recommend Villa Geno for a 60 guests wedding or party minimum, up to 150 guests maximum.

Mostly if you plan to have your ceremony on site and the cocktail hour.

Curfew: can be extended to 3am.

When I first visited Villa Geno, I’ve been literally amazed by its authenticity and the easiness to access to.

That is rare to mention on Lake Como. And I always make a point on this with my clients when planning their a destination wedding there on Lake Como area.

I also love the place, as the team on site is dedicated to your satisfaction, and know every corners, every gems on the property.

With its very different areas, I feel personally comfortable to create different and unique weddings each time my clients decide Villa Geno as their wedding venue.

Last to mention, but not least : the chef operating on site. I usually don’t recommend venues when we have no choice on the catering thing, but Villa Geno is one of the two exceptions on the lake that brings me joy and satisfaction.
