Bridget & Olivier | October, 2015

End of January, while I was in NYC, I received an e-mail, with some questions. Read instead!

« Which of our date possibilities do you have open ? (August 8, 6, 22, 29, September 5, 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10)
Do you have experience with international weddings? (French-American ?)
Do you speak English and French ? What are your services ?
What kind planning do you offer? Logistical only (i.e. organizational—handling things like the timeline and floor plan) or Design and Logistical (i.e. bringing a client’s vision to life as well as taking care of all the organizational aspects of the wedding)?
How do you charge for your services? Hourly, percentage of the wedding cost, or flat rate?
Have you worked in les Alpilles, near Fontvieille ? »

No fear at all ^^ Skype, some exchanges; questions /answers. In few words : the time had been taken to discover ourselves! 5 wedding planner’s agencies in competition to seduce this couple with high requirements.

Finally, my ideas, combined to my expert evaluation, my French/American culture and this inexplicable alchemy, it is barely some days later than the adventure was start-uping officially!

Some short months dedicated to the planning calendar:  the jam-packed diaries of the couple mixed with the imperatives of the planning, it is thanks to all of the tools we set up that we could have been super efficient :p This is how we were able go ahead on details and planning.

I spent more than delicious moments with both of the families, American and French. We shared, we discussed a lot, and so we found the best compromises.

We had a blast !
